PIRATE DVD sellers continue to trade openly throughout Waltham Forest, much to the fury of local residents and legitimate traders. Leyton MP Harry Cohen recently asked the Secretary of State for the Department for Trade and Industry about the effect of this illegal trade on lawful businesses.
